- At least school leaving examination
- Knowledge about the music business, copy right regulations and enthusiasm for music
- Experience in customer support management
- Excellent (!) German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Politeness and impeccable manners when dealing with customers on the phone or via e-mail
- Good computer skills (PC and Mac), Internet and MS Office
- Ability to work in a team and readyness to take on responsibility
- Handle customer enquiries autonomously via e-mail and phone
- Communicate actively with customers, digital music services and in-house team
- An exciting career opportunity in the international music business
- Direct communication with international labels and digital music services such as Apple, Google, Spotify
- Working in a young, creative team
- Gross salary of EUR 1.554,- per month on basis of the full-time collective agreement.
Overpayment possible, depending on qualification and professional experience.
