Employee for label contact and customer support
Full-time (38.5 hours/week)

You love music, you like to work with people and you bring experience in the music business? You are focused on the task at hand, diligent and service-oriented? Then we have the perfect job for you!

 

Requirements:

  • At least school leaving examination
  • Knowledge about the music business, copy right regulations and enthusiasm for music
  • Experience in customer support management
  • Excellent (!) German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Politeness and impeccable manners when dealing with customers on the phone or via e-mail
  • Good computer skills (PC and Mac), Internet and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team and readyness to take on responsibility

 

Your tasks:

  • Handle customer enquiries autonomously via e-mail and phone
  • Communicate actively with customers, digital music services and in-house team
